The service was professional and pleasant. The service was delivered at the appointment and was complete at the time they designated. As long as I own a Cadillac I will always have my car serviced at McGuire Cadillac.
Great customer service. Brought my SRX here after Firestone told me about several issues that they recommended I fix immediately during a routine oil change . So I called Cadillac and asked if they would be able to get me in and check those items out for me since I had a road trip coming up just a few days later. They offered to get me in first thing in the morning and even waived the $140 diagnostic charge (which is standard procedure with them, so I was aware of this having serviced my car many times at the dealership prior to this) since I just moved to town. They did corroborate some of the things that Firestone had found but other things were not an issue. They did recommend that I get them fixed sooner rather than later, but the situation was definitely not as dire as was made out to be by Firestone. They gave me a printed out list with the cost of the repairs and even prioritized the items in order of importance. Overall, great customer service, I felt well taken care of.

There are Few car dealerships that (I think) rate ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. That’s the nature of the beast. I bought a used truck from McGuire. Did I negotiate down? Yes. But I believe their willingness to stand behind potential inspection shortcomings as discussed (if) discovered evaporated once they accepted my proposed offer. Beyond that, unsure [had I] paid their asking price if they’d be equally less dismissive of a mileage discrepancy that I did discover. I think at the end of the day, they were simply happy to have it gone.
I just completed a deal on my fourth Cadillac from McGuire. Jodi was the sales professional for my last two vehicles. You are treated with respect, the deals are very competitive and when your vehicle is delivered, you are shown how to use all features. Living in NYC, I can go to any number of Cadillac dealers, but I always choose McGuire. Bill and his staff in service are very accommodating and I’ve never been unnecessarily upsold on services to any of my vehicles.

My review is about service over the past 10 years. Bill is my service manager and he has been outstanding. I have high mileage leases averaging 25K per year and never had an issue with my vehicles. Was never over serviced or over billed. On rare occasions that I had to go somewhere else it was only to buy Tires. Buying tires here is expensive. Costco has much better deals on same Michelin Tires.
Amazing. I purchased a used Ford from this dealership and they treated me like royalty. A used Ford from a Cadillac dealer!! Jodi has to be the warmest, sincerest, and friendliest salesperson I have ever met. I live about an hour away from this dealer and only went there because they had a used car that fit what I needed, otherwise I would not have heard of this place. Now I’m glad I did. If this is how you get treated when buying a used car, imagine when buying a new one.

They don’t have pastries in the waiting room they have Dunkin Donuts but I didn’t go there for breakfast. I go from Staten Island to New Jersey to use their service. They are the best, thank you very much.
John our salesman made us feel welcome right from the minute we walked into the showroom. And Sam in finance took the time to go over the agreement in detail no matter how many questions we had. We have never had a finance person take time to walk us over to the service department and and introduce us to the team after the salea very nice touch.

Bought a 2010 Jeep Liberty for a good price. The service was good & fast.
The car is pretty good but just spent another $1000 getting heater & coolant flush, plugs & other things. Hopefully This will take care of things. Don was up front that the sale was as is / buyer beware & they did not do an inspection. If possible – you may want to pay Don to look things over before you buy a used vehicle if they will do that?
When I decided to replace my 42,000 mile 2107 Focus Hatchback with a new 2018 only because the model was being discontinued in 2019, I contacted dealers close to my home including the one I bought my last two from. All said they couldn’t find the 2018 I wanted so I went on line and found Don Hinds. I contacted the store and was advised they found one out of state and I needed to come in to work a deal.
I was greeted by Sarah Bolen and I had the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. She had, indeed, found just what I wanted and offered it to me at a great price so there was no need to haggle. My flawless 2017 Focus with all service records including 3K oil changes/6K tire rotations brought a very high trade in and there was no need for haggling.
I have excellent credit so I got a great rate through the bank they use and the deal was done. I picked it up a few days later and the car was exactly as quoted. The entire purchasing experience was phenomenal and while I won’t be in the market for a car for some time I will advise all my friends to see Sarah at Don Hinds for service that epitomizes, “customer first.”

We started going to Don Hinds for our service needs a few years ago. My Excursion has almost exclusively been worked on by Don Hinds. They are fair and honest. We purchased a Chevy Malibu from Don Hinds used care lot when my husband needed a replacement car. Don Hinds does all of our service on that as well. They told us going in that they would love to do so as long as the job doesn’t require a specialty tool that they wouldn’t have a use for otherwise. While I am not thrilled with the Chevy (because it isn’t a Ford) I am happy with the work that Don Hinds has done whenever we take the Malibu or my Excursion in for repairs. I’m not going to recommend a service guy (my preferred service guy is busy enough). They are all good at what they do. Call Don Hinds if you need work done. Visit Don Hinds if you need a new(er) car. They will take care of you.
The day had come for my beloved 10 yr old Edge Limited to give up and present me with a problem too big to invest repairs in. I had been faithfully having Don Hinds Ford Fishers maintain the Edge for 8 years. Steve Hamilton was my go-to in service all that time. So I asked him to forward me to sales. I then was paired with Sarah Bolen to find another car. She listened patiently and compassionately to my needs and the boundaries I gave for the right buying experience. Sarah presented a 2019 Fusion for a fair price. This all happened at the end of the business day. Sarah and everyone else in sales acted quickly on my behalf to get me on my way when I was in an unexpected pinch. I cannot recall a single moment in Don Hids Ford’s 8 years of service to me in which I was treated with anything less than respect, fairness, professionalism and friendliness. These are wonderful people. Steve and Sarah, I will long remember you as the best people I’ve ever dealt with in automotive needs. Now that I’ve moved 100 miles from Fishers, I would likely come back and buy from Don Hinds again because I know they would still give me an outstanding experience.

Would give a 4.9 star rating if I could the only reason I can’t give a 5 star rating if because when I traded in my car the payoff amount for that loan took longer than expected and I got close to having to make a payment on a car i no longer own because of the due date( this was before I knew about the 15 day grace period) since I have always always made my payment on time. Will continue to bring my 2017 f150 here for service because of the great 19.99 lifetime oil change and free donuts they got in the early morning 😄. Only thing I miss is that when I have to drop my truck off for long services they clean my weatherproof mats to the point that they shine like new. They still clean but not like they used too

This is my 5th time buying a car, first time in Houston. I went to Ford initially to receive the discount through my employer. Upon arriving we got with Nelson and he assisted my family and me. Once we started looking and we explained our goal he took us to a perfect vehicle. Within 20 minutes of being there we had the car and started the paperwork. We were completely done with everything within 3 hours. I also want to say that Barry was by far the best finance guy I have dealt with. Just a genuinely nice person. I have never enjoyed going to a dealership to buy a vehicle. It is a total foreign language attempting to understand all of the gadgets and terms the Auto people speak in, and attempting to understand in simplistic terms the actual costs was always atrocious to me.Going to Mac Haik, I found a new world in which I was provided very personal service from the sales and the finance personnel. I easily found what I liked in the price range I was anticipating, and after completing the financing portion, I was completely blown away at the very high degree of service given by everyone. Then when we took delivery the Salesman took over an hour very articulately leading us through all of the items and components of the new vehicle and accessories. Thank you.

I bought my F-150 from Mac Haik, and the sales process was smooth. However, I’m here to give a shout-out to their Service Dept.. I had a service recall and a warranty-related issue with the F-150. My service advisor is Jerry Straznicki, and he could not be more attentive and nice.
