We went in to test drive some cars and were very, very clear that we weren’t buying. We let them know up front and the high-pressure sales tactics started almost instantly. Oh, this is really the best time. Oh, you’re not going to see these deals after the next week or so. Oh, there’s just no incentive for managers to make deals over the summer… on and on.

We did the test drive anyway, and the car’s nice. We pop into the building to use the rest room, and while I’m waiting on my hubby, I hear our sales person debriefing the boss about us. Right in front of me, like I’m not even there.

He then starts MORE high pressure sales. Friendly about it, seems super nice, but PRESSURE.

I said no.

We ended up just starting to walk toward the door to make it clear what our answer is.

Honestly, even if we buy a Ford, I doubt we’ll come here. I didn’t appreciate the non-stop pressure tactics from the start. Even if you’re nice and friendly about it, high-pressure sales tactics just turn me away.

Ceasar went above and beyond to help me find the exact car I was looking for. He contacted me to let me know when the perfect match had just come in and I went in and purchased it the very same day! His excellent customer service made this a great experience for me. This is the second car that I have purchased from Friendly Ford… I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle today. The price I was charged was exactly what I was quoted online. My salesperson – great job, Larry!! 👍 – was courteous, friendly, and efficient. The finance office moved me right through in no time.

All told, I spent an hour and 40 minutes from walking into the dealership until driving away. It wasn’t what you expect in a car-buying experience.

I was dealing with carmax, bought two cars in a roll and they had no incentives except to put a big bow on the car you bought the ribbon comes off very fast all their cars are used, I’m getting a new one from Friendly Ford and the feeling is great brand new 38 miles and no repair bills they even take care of the oil, brakes, windshields wipers no charge for the life of the loan no bells or whistles but I love it cause the salesperson was OUTSTANDING In fact always see Eric Crevling he’s good at explaining what’s good for your Credit! That’s ERIC and No One else

I have purchased a total of three vehicles from Friendly Ford (Explorer, Escape and Edge) and each time I have received great service – from all who I have come into contact with (salesmen, service, etc). My salesman for this most recent vehicle (Edge) was Eddie Romero (and Stephen Myers) and both were very patient, helpful and yes, they were FRIENDLY! I bring my 22ft RV Ford Pleasure Way Campervan here for regular services. Now I get my tires here too (they were better tires than I bought at Discount Tires recently. )They are as their name suggests very Friendly. Waiting room, bathrooms, parking area ease all get five stars from me also. It’s difficult to get an RV into be serviced anywhere, so I’m impressed with Friendly Ford for accommodating me , even some times on the same day.

Recently relocated from Chicago, IL to Las Vegas, NV and was in dire need getting a vehicle to get around my new ‘home-town’ spoke with Jose who was able to quickly get to know me and get a better understanding of the type of vehicle I needed. I spent a few hours at the location but every moment was DEFINITELY worth it because I was able to drive off the lot with my 2016 Ford Fiesta with less than 30,000 miles and a payoff of only 3 years!!!!!!! I can’t begin to say enough good things about friendly ford and its staff. From internet sales shannon was helpful and gave me all the info i needed. To the sales team. And finance department. Our recent experience with Jesus one of the service writers was most excellent. We had taken our truck to another shop and ran into difficulties. We had to have it towed to Friendly Ford and Jesus checked us in promptly and had the repairs made in a timely and professional manner.

Brought my work van in to Friendly Ford, and was happy to find how helpful and knowledgeable the service advisors were. Even with having to work with the leasing company that handles the company vehicles, the techs were able to diagnose, order parts, and repair my van within a week. My service adviser Joe was one of the best I have ever worked with. I have owned and had Fords serviced at dealerships throughout the western U.S. for the past 20+ years and Friendly Ford has a true ambassador for the brand in Joe. Excellent, timely, and very clear communication, and follow through on every promise that was made. Even an additional discount at the end of the process!! Joe did all of the legwork with the company I have an extended warranty with and the process painless.

Update, month later – Originally I had given them 5 stars but no text. This is by far one of the best experiences I have had at a Ford dealer and coming off of the heels of a disaster that sent me to this dealer in the first place.

I have used their service department for a warranty item and they did a great job. They also made it so I could pickup my truck after the service dept. had closed.

Isaac – thanks a lot you guys have made my VERY stressful life a lot less stressful and you have earned my trust.

They did give me my truck back dirty (it did sit there for a week though as I was out of town) but hey, we all get busy AND I was able to get it after hours. I highly recommend these guys.
