You know how I know that Rob is a great sales consultant? I went to the dealership to test drive a car I saw online (for my daughter), but it was still en route to the dealership when we arrived and … I ended up purchasing a car for MYSELF!!! (Ha) The price was fair and Rob was easy to do business with.
I agree with another reviewer, the finance dept. was a bit slow. Apparently there were two others purchasing cars at the same time and I was the last to have my paperwork done. But, Rob didn’t waste the time – he explained features about the vehicle and let me watch the manufacturer’s user videos. And, he was quite personable, so we also talked and chuckled during the wait.
Rob and a manager followed up to ensure my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership
Rob was awesome!!! Super knowledgeable and straight forward. He made the process as painless as possible. He was very thorough and he didn’t mind staying after hours to ensure I had all of the info I needed.
I live a little over 2 hours away in Maplewood, NJ. I did a search looking for specific characteristics in a used car. I new the rough value of my trade, and sought to make a deal with Quigley. I received correspondence from Rob Freeman. The negotiations were effortless. I rode out during the polar vortex, and upon arrival, I found the Jeep Renegade is sought clean and warming up in front of the dealership for me to test drive. The entire process went as smoothly. Rob made the entire process as enjoyable as possible, and we’re very pleased with our purchase.
Great sales man (Robert Freeman). The dealership is clean and nice. Only issue was the financial guy took his good old time with everything. 5 1/2 hrs waiting there with my wife and infant. If you get your own finance done prior. You’ll have a nicer and much quicker experience.
I am very happy with the service I received at Quigley. Rob Freeman was the sales rep. He is very friendly and informative. At no point did I feel pressured or tricked. Rob made everything very clear and that is one reason I returned from another dealership. His personality and friendliness is what ultimately drew me back. I can’t wait to drive my new Jeep home!

Jim was a fabulous help to my dad and I picking out a new car. He helped my father find the right car for me while I was unavailable to come to the dealership due to school. He pointed both of us in the right direction to a good 2018 Chrysler 300 AWD.
Service department personnel are excellent to work with on scheduling, dropping off, and picking up vehicles. Vehicle service is clearly explained and vehicle is returned in same state of cleanliness as when dropped off for service.
Being 1.5 hours out of state, Roger worked with me through email. All numbers and negotiations were squared away and finalized (pending trade in) before making the trip out his way. Very up-front, no BS tactics. I appreciate the honesty and facilitating an out of state sale.
After a nightmare of a situation at a previous dealership, Quigley went over and above my expectations for service! They never treated my questions or “demands” as crazy or stupid, but rather listened to me and did as I asked. I will definitely recommend them to my friends in the area!
The dealership has always been a great place for service. After I got my jeep, I had to come back a few days later for paperwork. They asked how I like it, what I don’t like about it. They really do care about their customers
Lots off good things to say. Competitive prices on oil change and tires. I’ve been taking my Jeep for service and repairs for over a year now and I haven’t had any issues. The service guys deal with you in an honest way. Very pleased to do business with them.
Great service, quick service, clean service, and thorough. I called at 7:30 they scheduled an appointment for 9:30. I was done by 10:30. Had oil change and maintenance inspection and they found a nail in Sidewall of rear tire. Replaced the tire. Great job..
I truly choose my new jeep at Quigley not just due to the value of my vehicle, but because of the service I received. Both Jim and justyn were extremely helpful and Jim’s style of salesmanship is one where a fine balance is achieved…that of having the customer feel comfortable, but also being authentic and responsive to any inquiries WITHOUT being pushy. I specifically steered away from one other dealership due to their terrible service. Not the case here!
Even though the used car I was looking at turned out to not be a good fit my experience at this dealership was excellent. Dave in sales and Justin in finance took great care of me and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car!
Hello, I stopped by the dealership to see the new 2018 Jeeps!! I was welcomed outside the lot by a gentlemen , Ed McGrath with whom I spoke with,before I new it I asked to test drive the new Jeep Compass !! I drove it down the highway came back and purchased it!! I was that impressed!! I was sold from that moment!!! Way to go ED!! Thank you and god bless you .Love my new 2018 jeep!!
Purchasing a car at Quigley is actually an enjoyable experience, unlike other dealers/ experiences. Quigley seems to care about keeping their customers happy and coming back. This is the third vehicle I’ve purchased from here and absolutely love my new car!! Thank you to Ed McGrath for all the assistance and good advice he’s provided. He always makes sure we’re happy with our purchase and have no buyer’s remorse when we leave the lot. We’ll be back.

My sales man Roger Fry was amazing and so helpfull. He made me feel relaxed about m6 car buying experience. Justin was the finance person and he was also very nice and so helpful as well. My overall experience was great at quigley and i have referred this dealership to my father.
Entire process was very easy with no pressure by anyone at Quigley. Jim Schildt was an excellent sales person. He provided important information about the vehicles we were considering and showed us examples of the features on vehicles they had on the lot. We ended up ordering a vehicle and he made that process go smoothly providing consistent up dates on the manufacturing and shipping schedule for our new vehicle.
I bought my 2016 Challenger on 4/16/16 and have been thrilled with it since. I get a lot of compliments. I always tell them where I bought it. The last time I was down there was for my first oil change. I have no complaints. Ed surprised me with an email on my anniversary of buying my car. That was awesome. I have no complaints about anything of my dealings with Quigley. Everyone was awesome and helpful. Unfortunately for you but fortunately for me my family is in the automotive engineering business. That is where I will be taking my car for everything except warranty work. It is not personal against anyone at Quigley. You are all awesome and I am completely satisfied. I have to give my money to my kids and grandkids plus I get a family discount.
Quigley Motors made the process of buying my first car an enjoyable experience! It became very clear that the primary concern of the sales associates was to ensure that I was satisfied with my purchase. At no point during the buying process did I feel that I was being pressured by the sales staff to make a decision. After shopping around at multiple different dealerships, the excellent service and great deals at Quigley Motors made them the clear choice for buying my new Jeep Patriot. I will definitely be returning to Quigley Motors in the future for all of my car buying and service needs.
It was excellent. I took my compass for service and was notified it needed extensive repairs and was unsafe to drive. We worked with Jim Schlidt to purchase a new patriot. He was great helping us utilize rebates and working with the balance remaining in my previous cars loan. What started as a very stressful experience was instantly changed.
Great experience! Very helpful! Love our 2 new vehicles! I got a Journey, and the hubby got a new Ram 1500. Thanks for being such a great dealership!! We’ve done business with them for many years. 8 new vehicles, and at least 5 used vehicles over the years. We have had some minor issues with some of the cars, but this dealership is great about servicing what they’ve sold. We drive about 85 miles round trip, just to deal with them. Keep up the good work!!!
Overall I was very pleased with my experience. There is one issue that I am somewhat disturbed about. I need to have some work done by a bodyshop because of flaws in the paint and trim on the front end of my car, that were there the day we picked it up, but somehow I seem to keep falling through the cracks. I have been in contact a few times and still have no concrete date for the repairs. Obviously paint problems do not keep me from being able to use my car. I just want the proper person to contact me so we can get something set up and I know it is going to be fixed. This should have been done a long time ago, and I shouldn’t have to keep calling you. Starting to feel like you are hoping I will give up and forget about it.
