The servicing went very well, but there were two minor hiccups. First is the online service registration process, after the service was completed, I received a notice that my vehicle was ready for pickup, and right after that I received a message that I missed my appointment and want to reschedule. This has happened in the past also. The second one is that the person who checks the battery capacity doesn’t put the positive terminal cover back on the terminal. He does this outside of the waiting area and can see him through the window. He did this on all of the vehicles that he checked. He also checks the wheel alignment at his station. This is a very good process, it just needs some attention to detail. I can get my battery checked and oil changed at many places but I choose the dealership due to attention to detail. It doesn’t take 10 seconds to put the cover back on. Thank you.

My kids love it because of Ms. Mary, she is a wonderful children’s librarian and her story times are always great. Feels like new children’s books are added all the time. The youth and adult book sections are plenty varied and I can usually find a good book easily. Lots of movies to borrow, audio books, and computers to use. Very rarely do I have any problems with the staff. They offer many services to the public and hold several events through the year. We love our library!

I have to say that the experience my wife and I had at Deery was the best we ever had at a car lot. When we walked in they made sure to get all the necessary info needed to find us exactly what we were looking for. At first we came in with the anticipation of buying a beater as my old ’05 Scion Tc finally met it’s age after 300k miles and we didn’t think we’d be able to find anything in our price range due to our credit, if it wasn’t old or crept up in miles. So when Dom pulled up one of their certified pre-owned vehicles after pulling our credit, we were definitely shocked that this was a vehicle they would even consider us purchasing. Dom thoroughly explained the features of the vehicle and answered all of our questions, making sure we were confident in this big investment. After test driving the vehicle we were definitely in love as it drove smoothly, fit us nicely, and had gas mileage comparable if not better than my Tc. What was the icing on the cake was that they did their best to find a lender that would get us a rate close to what we came in with. They definitely work with the customer and will pull all the stops to make sure you are satisfied before putting ink to paper. We will for sure be coming back the next time we need a vehicle

I scheduled and had an easy recall performed. I routinely use Crain ford for scheduled vehicle maintenance. They often provide me with a loaner vehicle, however I wish they would be expected to have loaner vehicles available for every scheduled appointment that require a few hours… not loaner vehicles available depending on what vehicles may be around the lot. Many other dealer service departments readily offer loaner vehicles available without any hassle upon scheduling an appointment with someone who had purchased a vehicle new from them at any point in time..

We went in to test drive some cars and were very, very clear that we weren’t buying. We let them know up front and the high-pressure sales tactics started almost instantly. Oh, this is really the best time. Oh, you’re not going to see these deals after the next week or so. Oh, there’s just no incentive for managers to make deals over the summer… on and on.

We did the test drive anyway, and the car’s nice. We pop into the building to use the rest room, and while I’m waiting on my hubby, I hear our sales person debriefing the boss about us. Right in front of me, like I’m not even there.

He then starts MORE high pressure sales. Friendly about it, seems super nice, but PRESSURE.

I said no.

We ended up just starting to walk toward the door to make it clear what our answer is.

Honestly, even if we buy a Ford, I doubt we’ll come here. I didn’t appreciate the non-stop pressure tactics from the start. Even if you’re nice and friendly about it, high-pressure sales tactics just turn me away.


Ceasar went above and beyond to help me find the exact car I was looking for. He contacted me to let me know when the perfect match had just come in and I went in and purchased it the very same day! His excellent customer service made this a great experience for me. This is the second car that I have purchased from Friendly Ford… I highly recommend them!

Update, month later – Originally I had given them 5 stars but no text. This is by far one of the best experiences I have had at a Ford dealer and coming off of the heels of a disaster that sent me to this dealer in the first place.

I have used their service department for a warranty item and they did a great job. They also made it so I could pickup my truck after the service dept. had closed.

So I’m coming back 6 months later and editing this post. So after we got our Sequoia the first time we use the 4 wheel drive it didn’t work. After three attempts to call and talk to a manager we finally got a hold of one and in their defense it was Black Friday weekend. Once they realize that after this vehicle had a new frame put on it Toyota didn’t check the four-wheel drive that they can prove. And they covered all but $600 of a $1,700 bill for service. So even though we were both at fault for not testing the 4 wheel drive system they just something to make it right and that says a lot. That’s the kind of service you’re not going to get at the mom and pop car lot.

Car shopping is a chore I don’t think that anyone likes to do. Car salesmen will try to see you your own left arm most of the time. My experience at Faulkner Hyundai was actually fair as far as dealerships go. Jayson, our salesman, wasn’t over the top pushy and met our questions with answers and service that I was quite happy with. He was very easily reached and communicated promptly which made the entire ordeal bearable. Especially since I live out of the area and work an odd schedule.

Overall I give them 5 stars. They are still a dealership and have jobs to do after all. You can’t fault them for that. Certainly a very friendly service for a car that I sought out.

The salesman, Jim Cooper, was very pleasant and helpful and got me a good deal on a new 2019 Hyundai Elantra. When it came time to sign the papers to finalize the deal I was sent to an office where another salesman asked me to buy a service plan. The available plans ranged from $3000 to $8500(Approximately). He eventually manipulated something in the deal to get the final vehicle price down within my budget. We then proceeded to sign the papers and I was given back to Jim who walked me to the vehicle and demoed its features. Except for the high pressure service plan deal everything about the experience and the vehicle exceeded my expectations.

Bottom Line: An outstanding experience!
I needed to find an excellent used car at the right price in a short amount of time. I used all the on-line search engines and visited all the local dealers’ websites. I did on-site visits and narrowed it down to six cars. Took the test drives but still wasn’t convinced. My daughter had purchased a car from Faulkner Hyundai several years ago, so I thought I’d take a look there. Stopped by, discussed what I was looking for & my price range, and in no time was able complete a deal on an excellent, low-mileage car with all the features I wanted – PLUS a certified used car warranty! Picked it up the following workday and was very impressed with the final detailing done on it! Couldn’t have been a better experience and was treated great by everyone! I recently needed some body work done on my 2016 Mazda CX-5 after running over some road debris and damaging my front bumper and skid shields. I called Faulkner Mazda where I purchased the vehicle and they told me about Faulkner Body Works. I didn’t need an appointment to get an estimate and they were able to schedule the work within 10-days of the incident. They helped arrange a rental car through Enterprise and drop off and pickup were a breeze. They told me the car could be in the shop for 3-5 days due to a holiday weekend, but they were able to complete the work in 2-days…before the holiday. They called me promptly to let me know my car was ready for pickup and I picked it up the next day. When I arrived they showed me and explained the work they had been completed, and had cleaned the car inside and out!

I am so pleased with all aspects of the work that was done…the service, the quality of the work, and the price. I recommend them for anyone in need of body work. They certainly provided excellent customer service and took the hassle out of the inconvenience of having your car in the shop for repairs! A job well done!

The Hyundai Santa Fe is our 2nd car. I put on a maximum of 1,000 miles per year on the SUV. I take this SUV to Faulkner for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Faulkner’s service department has never given me reason to believe that I am being overcharged or having service work that isn’t required. They have even suggested alternative solutions to repair work that saved me money. I think we all know how we feel when we pick up our vehicle after service and are presented will a bill that makes our mouth drop. This dealership and the service team are honest and fair. I always have a confidence that the only work that will be done is the work that is required at a cost I agree with.

Leased a new Ram truck from Quigley this week and am very happy with the dealership and specially with my sales consultant Rob Freeman. Went there thinking I could only afford a base package truck and within the first five minutes of talking to Rob he let me know that I would actually get a better deal on a much nicer model than I was looking at. It only took a short time to agree on a fair price and I never felt pressured into doing anything I wasn’t comfortable with.I drove out of there with a beautiful truck feeling very satisfied.

You know how I know that Rob is a great sales consultant? I went to the dealership to test drive a car I saw online (for my daughter), but it was still en route to the dealership when we arrived and … I ended up purchasing a car for MYSELF!!! (Ha) The price was fair and Rob was easy to do business with.

I agree with another reviewer, the finance dept. was a bit slow. Apparently there were two others purchasing cars at the same time and I was the last to have my paperwork done. But, Rob didn’t waste the time – he explained features about the vehicle and let me watch the manufacturer’s user videos. And, he was quite personable, so we also talked and chuckled during the wait.

Rob and a manager followed up to ensure my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership

Overall I was very pleased with my experience. There is one issue that I am somewhat disturbed about. I need to have some work done by a bodyshop because of flaws in the paint and trim on the front end of my car, that were there the day we picked it up, but somehow I seem to keep falling through the cracks. I have been in contact a few times and still have no concrete date for the repairs. Obviously paint problems do not keep me from being able to use my car. I just want the proper person to contact me so we can get something set up and I know it is going to be fixed. This should have been done a long time ago, and I shouldn’t have to keep calling you. Starting to feel like you are hoping I will give up and forget about it.
