The friendly knowledgeable staff is awesome. I get my 2013 Ford Explorer serviced as often as suggested. The staff is always kind and the price isn’t too bad either. The facility is very clean, and for me that’s important.

The servicing went very well, but there were two minor hiccups. First is the online service registration process, after the service was completed, I received a notice that my vehicle was ready for pickup, and right after that I received a message that I missed my appointment and want to reschedule. This has happened in the past also. The second one is that the person who checks the battery capacity doesn’t put the positive terminal cover back on the terminal. He does this outside of the waiting area and can see him through the window. He did this on all of the vehicles that he checked. He also checks the wheel alignment at his station. This is a very good process, it just needs some attention to detail. I can get my battery checked and oil changed at many places but I choose the dealership due to attention to detail. It doesn’t take 10 seconds to put the cover back on. Thank you.
A dealership is a dealership is a dealership. They were full of salespeople trying to sell me a new or used car though I was only there to buy a part for my current vehicle. For a person looking to buy a car they have lots of salespeople lots of customer service from light to overly aggressive and varying prices.
These people go above & beyond to make sure their customers (well me at least) are satisfied! I came & bought a car Friday. I attempted to take my 10 & 12 year old boys for a ride & realized their legs were toooo long for the 2017 Ford Fiesta. Today is Monday, I came back & asked if I could trade for a bigger car but with similar payments…. Mr. David Leonard, the finance manager, said he’d try…. he did try & he also succeeded! My notes went up only about $18 for my new 2017 Ford Focus! They didn’t give me a hard time about the trade and they were prompt! Great customer service from great people! Thanks Destin, my salesman, Mr. David & Mr. Ryan (he had a hand in somewhere 😊)!

My experience was worth every minute of the short wait. He’s winning personality gave me a new sense of the experience of vehicle shopping. Since we live in a fast pace world as professionals, the short wait was just what I needed. Within two hours, I had my trade in assessed, financing, fill up and driving off the lot. His genuine compassion for exceeded my expectations of Customer Service. With being a owner of over 15 vehicles in the past, this was the greatest experience of vehicle shopping. Absolutely phenomenal experience here. Got my first Audi and I freaking love it…… If you want a place that’s not about wasting your time….. This is the right place! Vehicle was exactly as described, every car on the lot was well maintained. Mohamed Husain and Steven Marroquin, our salesmen, were very kind and very very very professional. These guys will help and answer all the questions you have anytime via email, text, or phone calls. They made this buying car experience so smooth and less stressful. The three gentlemen showed such class and knowledge that made the process quick, easy and very upfront. There were none of the usual anxieties one experiences when purchasing a car. We were able to work with Babelon, Reny, and Steve who made the experience first class and we ended up choosing a 2019 Audi Q-5.

The experience we received at Audi in Morton Grove, IL was fantastic. From beginning to end, both Chris, from the management team and Omar, from the sales team, were professional, courteous and welcoming. We flew to Audi from NYC to close a deal on a car and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. In an profession where dealerships are not always in favor of doing out-of-state deals, Chris truly went above and beyond for us. He’s great at what he does and dedicated to closing a deal. We were looking for the perfect car since September and NY couldn’t deliver what we needed, but Chris and Omar certainly did! I would recommend them to any and everyone. Omar is very personable and knowledgeable and even recommended restaurants during our quick trip.

We went in to test drive some cars and were very, very clear that we weren’t buying. We let them know up front and the high-pressure sales tactics started almost instantly. Oh, this is really the best time. Oh, you’re not going to see these deals after the next week or so. Oh, there’s just no incentive for managers to make deals over the summer… on and on.
We did the test drive anyway, and the car’s nice. We pop into the building to use the rest room, and while I’m waiting on my hubby, I hear our sales person debriefing the boss about us. Right in front of me, like I’m not even there.
He then starts MORE high pressure sales. Friendly about it, seems super nice, but PRESSURE.
I said no.
We ended up just starting to walk toward the door to make it clear what our answer is.
Honestly, even if we buy a Ford, I doubt we’ll come here. I didn’t appreciate the non-stop pressure tactics from the start. Even if you’re nice and friendly about it, high-pressure sales tactics just turn me away.
I love getting my 2018 Ford Escape serviced at this location. The staff are always friendly, especially George, he takes care of my cars needs and him and his crew will have me back on the road in no time. I really appreciate that!
I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle today. The price I was charged was exactly what I was quoted online. My salesperson – great job, Larry!! 👍 – was courteous, friendly, and efficient. The finance office moved me right through in no time.
All told, I spent an hour and 40 minutes from walking into the dealership until driving away. It wasn’t what you expect in a car-buying experience.

I was dealing with carmax, bought two cars in a roll and they had no incentives except to put a big bow on the car you bought the ribbon comes off very fast all their cars are used, I’m getting a new one from Friendly Ford and the feeling is great brand new 38 miles and no repair bills they even take care of the oil, brakes, windshields wipers no charge for the life of the loan no bells or whistles but I love it cause the salesperson was OUTSTANDING In fact always see Eric Crevling he’s good at explaining what’s good for your Credit! That’s ERIC and No One else
My service adviser Joe was one of the best I have ever worked with. I have owned and had Fords serviced at dealerships throughout the western U.S. for the past 20+ years and Friendly Ford has a true ambassador for the brand in Joe. Excellent, timely, and very clear communication, and follow through on every promise that was made. Even an additional discount at the end of the process!! Joe did all of the legwork with the company I have an extended warranty with and the process painless.

Update, month later – Originally I had given them 5 stars but no text. This is by far one of the best experiences I have had at a Ford dealer and coming off of the heels of a disaster that sent me to this dealer in the first place.
I have used their service department for a warranty item and they did a great job. They also made it so I could pickup my truck after the service dept. had closed.

They did give me my truck back dirty (it did sit there for a week though as I was out of town) but hey, we all get busy AND I was able to get it after hours. I highly recommend these guys.
These employees are always so kind. Danny, Mike, and the cashier (sorry I didn’t get her name!) are always so helpful. If I didn’t just buy a car, I would buy from them again. Also really gay friendly which is important to us. Go Subaru! Haha
This was my first car buying experience and the staff made the process so easy and straightforward! I found a car I was in love with online, price and the vehicle itself, scheduled a test drive the next day, and drove out with it a few hours later!

If you are looking for a vehicle, new or used, you need to try these guys. I found every aspect of my experience to be helpful and most importantly non high pressure. I was able to negotiate with the sales team and actually felt they were wanting to make a fair deal for each of us. In addition the car I chose was well prepped and an excellent value. I will have all my service preformed by Faulkner Hyundai and will definitely revisit when I am ready for a different vehicle.

Car shopping is a chore I don’t think that anyone likes to do. Car salesmen will try to see you your own left arm most of the time. My experience at Faulkner Hyundai was actually fair as far as dealerships go. Jayson, our salesman, wasn’t over the top pushy and met our questions with answers and service that I was quite happy with. He was very easily reached and communicated promptly which made the entire ordeal bearable. Especially since I live out of the area and work an odd schedule.
Overall I give them 5 stars. They are still a dealership and have jobs to do after all. You can’t fault them for that. Certainly a very friendly service for a car that I sought out.
The salesman, Jim Cooper, was very pleasant and helpful and got me a good deal on a new 2019 Hyundai Elantra. When it came time to sign the papers to finalize the deal I was sent to an office where another salesman asked me to buy a service plan. The available plans ranged from $3000 to $8500(Approximately). He eventually manipulated something in the deal to get the final vehicle price down within my budget. We then proceeded to sign the papers and I was given back to Jim who walked me to the vehicle and demoed its features. Except for the high pressure service plan deal everything about the experience and the vehicle exceeded my expectations.
Bottom Line: An outstanding experience!
I needed to find an excellent used car at the right price in a short amount of time. I used all the on-line search engines and visited all the local dealers’ websites. I did on-site visits and narrowed it down to six cars. Took the test drives but still wasn’t convinced. My daughter had purchased a car from Faulkner Hyundai several years ago, so I thought I’d take a look there. Stopped by, discussed what I was looking for & my price range, and in no time was able complete a deal on an excellent, low-mileage car with all the features I wanted – PLUS a certified used car warranty! Picked it up the following workday and was very impressed with the final detailing done on it! Couldn’t have been a better experience and was treated great by everyone! I recently needed some body work done on my 2016 Mazda CX-5 after running over some road debris and damaging my front bumper and skid shields. I called Faulkner Mazda where I purchased the vehicle and they told me about Faulkner Body Works. I didn’t need an appointment to get an estimate and they were able to schedule the work within 10-days of the incident. They helped arrange a rental car through Enterprise and drop off and pickup were a breeze. They told me the car could be in the shop for 3-5 days due to a holiday weekend, but they were able to complete the work in 2-days…before the holiday. They called me promptly to let me know my car was ready for pickup and I picked it up the next day. When I arrived they showed me and explained the work they had been completed, and had cleaned the car inside and out!
I am so pleased with all aspects of the work that was done…the service, the quality of the work, and the price. I recommend them for anyone in need of body work. They certainly provided excellent customer service and took the hassle out of the inconvenience of having your car in the shop for repairs! A job well done!

The Hyundai Santa Fe is our 2nd car. I put on a maximum of 1,000 miles per year on the SUV. I take this SUV to Faulkner for inspection, oil change and tire rotation. Faulkner’s service department has never given me reason to believe that I am being overcharged or having service work that isn’t required. They have even suggested alternative solutions to repair work that saved me money. I think we all know how we feel when we pick up our vehicle after service and are presented will a bill that makes our mouth drop. This dealership and the service team are honest and fair. I always have a confidence that the only work that will be done is the work that is required at a cost I agree with.
Got a couple of “wrinkles” in my new Honda Pilot that needed attention before leaving for vacation. Brandon looked it over, he gave me a good price(I was paying cash). He got it right in and delivered it good as new and even helped me out with a rental! Great job done on time. Hope I never need his help again , but if I do I want Brandon to do it! Thanks Brandon!!

You know how I know that Rob is a great sales consultant? I went to the dealership to test drive a car I saw online (for my daughter), but it was still en route to the dealership when we arrived and … I ended up purchasing a car for MYSELF!!! (Ha) The price was fair and Rob was easy to do business with.
I agree with another reviewer, the finance dept. was a bit slow. Apparently there were two others purchasing cars at the same time and I was the last to have my paperwork done. But, Rob didn’t waste the time – he explained features about the vehicle and let me watch the manufacturer’s user videos. And, he was quite personable, so we also talked and chuckled during the wait.

I live a little over 2 hours away in Maplewood, NJ. I did a search looking for specific characteristics in a used car. I new the rough value of my trade, and sought to make a deal with Quigley. I received correspondence from Rob Freeman. The negotiations were effortless. I rode out during the polar vortex, and upon arrival, I found the Jeep Renegade is sought clean and warming up in front of the dealership for me to test drive. The entire process went as smoothly. Rob made the entire process as enjoyable as possible, and we’re very pleased with our purchase.
Great sales man (Robert Freeman). The dealership is clean and nice. Only issue was the financial guy took his good old time with everything. 5 1/2 hrs waiting there with my wife and infant. If you get your own finance done prior. You’ll have a nicer and much quicker experience.
I am very happy with the service I received at Quigley. Rob Freeman was the sales rep. He is very friendly and informative. At no point did I feel pressured or tricked. Service department personnel are excellent to work with on scheduling, dropping off, and picking up vehicles. Vehicle service is clearly explained and vehicle is returned in same state of cleanliness as when dropped off for service.
Being 1.5 hours out of state, Roger worked with me through email. All numbers and negotiations were squared away and finalized (pending trade in) before making the trip out his way. Very up-front, no BS tactics. I appreciate the honesty and facilitating an out of state sale.

It was excellent. I took my compass for service and was notified it needed extensive repairs and was unsafe to drive. We worked with Jim Schlidt to purchase a new patriot. He was great helping us utilize rebates and working with the balance remaining in my previous cars loan. What started as a very stressful experience was instantly changed.
Great experience! Very helpful! Love our 2 new vehicles! I got a Journey, and the hubby got a new Ram 1500. Thanks for being such a great dealership!! We’ve done business with them for many years. 8 new vehicles, and at least 5 used vehicles over the years. We have had some minor issues with some of the cars, but this dealership is great about servicing what they’ve sold. We drive about 85 miles round trip, just to deal with them. Keep up the good work!!!
Overall I was very pleased with my experience. There is one issue that I am somewhat disturbed about. I need to have some work done by a bodyshop because of flaws in the paint and trim on the front end of my car, that were there the day we picked it up, but somehow I seem to keep falling through the cracks. I have been in contact a few times and still have no concrete date for the repairs. Obviously paint problems do not keep me from being able to use my car. I just want the proper person to contact me so we can get something set up and I know it is going to be fixed. This should have been done a long time ago, and I shouldn’t have to keep calling you. Starting to feel like you are hoping I will give up and forget about it.
